Dear Diboll ISD Staff, Parents, and Community Stakeholders:

The curriculum and instruction department has adopted the slogan:
“Failure Is Not an Option.” Our intention is to prevent failure by providing support for whatever task or job descriptions are assigned to our students and employees. Regardless of our ever changing environment, the increased rigor of our high stakes assessment program and the legislated changes to our curriculum and graduation requirements, DISD has exceeded and look forward to surpassing all established standards. We shall continue to control variables that we can influence – quality instructional practices and strategies; hiring and retaining excellent teachers, administrators, and staff; and efficient uses of our resources – will continue to be our priorities. Our main thing is students success and our commitment is that “ Failure Is Not an Option” in DISD.
